Is there a way to adjust the parking brake on an Apex? The brake doesnt work on the one that I just picked up.

The parking brake has its own small caliper at the bottom of the rotor. You can tighten the cable where it ends at the caliper, and there is an adjustment for the outboard pad (threaded rod and lock-nut). If the pads are in good shape you should be able to just tighten the cable, if the pads are worn too much you may have to turn the threaded rod in a bit.
