Today I was sleding with a bunch of guys and we got racing on my dads grass airsrtrip. We were racing in about a 1/4 mile and I was impressed at how well the phazer did! My Phazer is a stock 2007 fx with 96 trail studs. I was racing against a Polaris 650 tripple with tripple pipes and clutching, Stock yamaha mountain max 700 and a phazer mtx with a pipe. I got pefect traction one the first run and walked away from the mtx phazer and beat the polaris 650 by about half a ski length and lost to the mountain max by about a ski lengh. The rest of the races I couldent get it hook up, I walked away on the MTX every time and would beat the 2 tripples for over half of the 1/4 mile then they would zip by at the end and get me by about a skidoo length. There were a few other sleds there that I never botherd racing too, but every one there was amazed at how fast it was! Thought I'd share this with you guys, I'm sure a few of you out there might find it interesting lol

the reason you waled away from the phazer mtx is cause the gearing is way down on the mtx so it tops out about 68mph rather then 80 something but that is awesome that your phazer hung with those other sleds

Where about's in MB PhazerKid??
Let the boys know next time and we'll put a bunch of Phazers on the starting line!!

Yeah I knew That the mtx was geared lower so I was kinda expecting that but was really not expecting to hang in that good with the 650 and 700! I'm kinda by Russell MB, Its pretty close to the sask border and kinda in the middle of no where lol

Its about the best riding We've ever had here. Theres about 4 feet of snow in the vally's and along the trees, anywhere the wind cant blow it away. Every one with a short track sled is getting stuck. The only places that arnt good are the open feilds, the wind blew the snow all over then it got warm then froze again theres rock hard banks in most feilds and its pretty crappy. But there are huge banks all over the place to play around and launch off of! Whats it like around there?

Oh haha. Its pretty hilly here, lots of vally's and bush trails mixed with quite abit of flat land too

you guys really need to try out the northern trails in SK, especially around the meadow lake area, lots of stuff to see, lots of cool little bush trails you can barely fit your sled through. lots and lots of powder! lots and lots of yamaha naysayers who come green with envy when they can't keep up with their big 1000s and 800s cats and DOOs in those tight twisty bush trails :) puts smiles on my face every time.

Lots of that over here as well. Now that I have my phazer handling the way I like the no one can really keep up with me in the tight bumpy trails. Once I get to the rail beds I let the guys pass me since that is where they shine.

Hey My uncle Lives in Meadow Lake! I've gone quading around there before and its pretty nice up there!

you asked for pics. this is sask, denholm area around sask river valley
