Phazer MCX-press kit Can i use a different muffler?

Is the mcx muffler goot for anything or will any other after market muffler work? Just wondering if i can get rid of that steel door stop?

anyone got pics of any mods to the mcx muffler or a replacement turbo muffler ?

or is it OK to drill cut and weld something on the rear of the mcx muffler?

I'm running something real close to the pic you posted. I just got it out for the first ride this year. It's only hitting 6lbs boost, not sure what to think yet. It's a little loud, but I think it's better than the MCX setup.

We just used a 2 inch hole saw and opened the rear end up with 2 holes, side by side
welded closed the outlet to the tunnel ,
added short 2 in pipes out the rear ,
for the dual exhaust look,
added 1000 rpm and the sled would now pull hard thru a long hard pull instead of falling on its face, phazer mtn.

Not too loud either !

Well guys im already clutched and set up with my current mcx exhaust on the flat trails i can hit the rev limiter but on the hills its just keeps tractoring i am also running with out the head shim at 10 lbs of booost will i see any difference i guees by switching over mufflers?

For a test,
just unbolt the muffler and go for a rip ,
you will know right away !
