to answer the question.. yes I'd own a Phazer, not a first model year, they need to be at least 18.. it's the law out here...
I will own one, not to replace my RX lake rocket, but I need a tight woods trick machine, like my yfz450 ATV, just a fun light machine to play with. I will wait for 2008 model though.
