Try this made it 165 x 165 pixels and cropped it square(pretty square anyhow),nice looking sled too.Its a little blury because the site expanded it from the samller picture size should look fine in your avatar though.

I guess it is still a little blury in your avatar try this one instead.I used adobe photoshop this time

Never mind it looks worse,anyone else have a better way of resizing it?

What you see is the full size image that would be in your avatar.

That is the picture made smaller and kept at maximum resolution....
