Picked up XTX today

Mine is at the dealer, I'm waiting for Yamaha to release some rebates. I 'd love to pick it up now, but no snow and the warrenty will be ticking away so I figured I'd leave it there until Yamaha announces it's 09 promotions.

If you don't mind saying what did you guys pay out the door?

Hey, just wondering where "smoke hill" is? Where are you from? I'm from Stephenville, though I haven't been home sledding in NF since05.

I've been quoted at $12,700 plus tax for an XTX here in North Bay. Haven't tried hard to beat them down yet, but Sandy Cove Yamaha is certainly not known for their willingness to negotiate. What are you paying on the Rock?

Smoke hill is the intersection of Logger School road and the rail bed. A very well known spot, everyone stops there for a break (smoke), it's a very common meeting place also because it's where the 2 trails meet.

I am from Corner Brook, I was at the dealer on Monday and asked about the pricing, all they said was what was posted on yamaha canada's website, I'm waiting for Yamaha to release their promotions before I buy. Last year I got my Vector LTX GT for $13,200, sticker price was $12,899, so I'm hoping for a similar deal this year.

just to tell you guys that dealers in canada will be charging 1000$ more for xtxs than what the spring price was...i paid mine 13000tax in during april, prices now went up to almost 14000tax in..

thats just for us canadians..hahha like usuall we get screwed but the dealer told me it has something to do with the dollar since it was high in the spring and now its not as strong, but hey any little excuse to make money right?

92vwgti it is not us dealers screwing you guys to make some extra coin. In Spring we had the rebates of $1100 or $1200 on an 09 XTX. September 1st they disapeared, hence the price going up. Now the reason most prices you'll see only going up $800-1000 is because us dealers, or at least mine is because in alot of cases i am absorbing some of that so you guys don't complain to us all winter about how 'WE' are ripping you guys off.

But on a lighter note rumour is there will be some Rebates out again next week, although not near what the ones were in spring....but at least its something.

I live in Maine but i Spring checked my XTX in Massachusetts for 9,700 because my Family and friends get our sleds there i looked around to see how much other places were going for and the best i found was 10,600 at other places around me

But i called like to 2 weeks ago they said they arent expecting to see the yammies till the begging on Oct. i want to wait to picked my sled up for the Warranty and payments like i have seen other people sayin
