pivot risers

anyone install the pivot risers from powermadd. I would like to get some pivoting foward on my bars and also raise them another 2 or 3".

I was looking at the ones that mount to the stem all allow the full riser to pivot. Anyone have anything other than stock... How does it work, any pictures, and issues...

Also, can I go another 2 or 3" without needing throttle or cable extensions.

Not a full pivot, but
Rox makes this one for powermadd(rox version is silver, powermadd is black)

Sorry its not a better picture
no wire extentions needed, although the throttle
needed to be rerouted under the bars.
Not much more room for any higher without extensions
on at least the throttle.(possibly the brake line)
