I will most likely be doing the Star kit with the shock shortening, rebuild, revalve in the offseason and I'm looking to get as cush of a ride as possible out of it. What are opinions of the comfort level of this kit. How would it compare to other sleds. I've ridden a stock 07' F1000 that rides better than my 11' XTX, which has a stock skid. So I'm hoping to bring the ride quality up to at least that level. I've read that Star doesn't recommend using dual rate springs which I am a bit disappointed to learn. Any input to get the most out of it is welcome.

I ride an 09 XTX with Star suspension kit (revalve and linkage): a must for Nytro!
As you did I got the front a-arm, got a Mountain teck kit (43 + 2 ) with tuner ski ...
With all that mods my nytro handle as good as my Mx Z Adrenaline 2004 and Mx Z TNT 2008.
You will be please with the up grade!
