PM Trouble

Anyone else having trouble with replying to PM's? I am trying to buy something through classifieds and have gotten some PM's with great offers. When I try to reply all of the replies stay in the outbox and never send. Making it kind of tough...

Now that you have brought it up - I seem to be having a problem too.

I checked on my pm's - I too have some in the outbox that I assumed weren't sent.

I'm trying to sell some stuff in the classifieds, and now I can only assume that my potential customers haven't gotten my pm's.

help help!!!

Yeah, something seems wrong today. I'm trying to add photos to a classified ad that I'm running and it won't take the attachments. I have posted photos from the same files here plenty of times.

Yep - just tried sending another pm and it is stuck in the outbox with my others.

Your PMs stay in the outbox until they are opened.


so they could sit there for days because people work, are busy with their families. It could also be because their in boxes are full, so they need to delete old ones.

This really is quite normal, it happens to me all the time.

Really? Interesting. I thought it worked like email where if it stuck in the outbox it did not reach the reciepient. Sorry for the alarm then. That means the guy selling the seat back in May never checked his PM's?

And Tork, what do you mean by that jab "and some people work"? I shouldn't be messing around on TY all day while I'm getting paid? LOL

Not meant as a jab in any way sir.Didn't say because "some" people work. But the guy who is out driving a truck or drilling an oil well might not get to check in often. The guy who works at a desk might be able to check in 8 times a day. Everybody has a different situation.
