2000 grit wet sandpaper and then mothers.
Used to be a 'Never Dull' user up until i discovered 'Mothers' stuff couple of month ago...

I used 3 polishing compounds with a buffing wheel on a drill motor.After that I used Mothers.The tunnel bumper and exhaust tips look like a good chrome job.The intercooler and charge tube look just as good.Still need to do the front frame.

first I used fine rubbing compound followed that with Mothers aluminum polish, followed by miracle wax, everything looks like expensive chrome, Tunnel,Tie rods,Rear bumper,Clutch guard,Ski buckets

Do you actually wet the sandpaper/tunnel or just use the wet sandpaper alone?
