Paid the dealer a visit this past weekend to see if they had any news on my XTX arrival. He said there were a lot of changes, and I rattled off the ones Yamaha released like the brake brace, black radiator, tunnel protectors, Float 3's etc. He told me there are more that haven't been publicized. Said he should be getting a powerpoint presentation from his rep within the week and he'd give me a call once he digested it all. Anyone hear anything similar?

I'm hearing its a 2 ply track on both the 129 and 137 ....ZR 7000 & Viper

Specs list a Ripsaw2 on Viper and a Ripsaw on the 7000. I want the Ripsaw 2 dont care whether 1 or 2 ply since reading Welteracers post on 1 vs 2ply. Actually would prefer a 1ply for weight savings.

He said its for both sleds ....he could be wrong but he seems to be on top of things and knows what's going on ......I guess we will see .....i could careless what track is on it just giving some info that I got but like I said it could be wrong ....

Not sure if it's true ( I really don't think so ) but did yamaha redo the exhaust header ? I read that on another forum !

The header looked the same to me and I was just at the plant.

The fit and finish on it looked improved though. Welds looked good from the distance I saw it from as there was a bin full of them and I walked by the weld shop.
