Posting Pictures "resize tool"

If you have Windows XP here is a link to a Power toy that re-sizes pictures. Most pictures are to large to post. the preferred size is 800*600. all you have to do after you install the tool is right click on any picture. There will be a re-size option. Once you open that it asked you to pick a size. pick 800* 600
