Guages
Self installed?
or Vendor who installed it for you, Happy with job?
Happy with kit?

I'm running a Powderlites Turbo on my Apex, I trail ride first and do some lake racing for giggles My sled runs flawless, I run pump fuel with the head shim and never had to put as much as a screwdriver to it. In my opinion all the kits out there are top notch.
I truly believe 90 % of the failures, glitches and breakdowns are install related, If your not capable of doing it yourself I can't emphasize the importance of having a qualified shop doing the install.
I am not going to puff smoke up Powderlites a$$ but his product and support are second to none, but then again I have had dealings with most shops on here and I will say the same about all of them.

No problem. Powder Lites are TY sponsors so you are free to talk about them unless you have a spesific problem with a kit you bought from them. If that's the case you will have to take the problem directly with Powder Lites, not here in the open forum.
My friend runs a Powderlites stage 3 kit in his Attak, it works perfect and makes too much power for his clutching at this moment, we can't keep it off the rpm limiter at 12 lbs of boost giving it wot from a standstill. He will have to ease into the throttle for a few sec before giving it wot. He runs a 144 x 15 x 1.5 Crossover track so tracktion should not be the problem

Oh Yeah
I am running a 144 track and STM Clutches,The stock Yammie clutches are good but with the higher HP Grabbing the belt becomes an issue,TURK should be able to put you in the right direction there or grab your ankles and go for the big bucks (STM)

I think in a front mount the header would be my main concern. We put on some high millage here in Canada and just looking for reliableility.
I remember reading about a cast header does anyone know were the thread is?

cast header is for the nytro only. and Ulmer Racing has them, The newer style headers coming out from powderlites have no cracking issues like the old ones.

You will have great performance and reliability with Powder Lites turbo kits, your safety would be the biggest concern, the power will be very very sneaky

New clutch coming... problem solved.
There is nothing wrong with the old clutch.
