I'm considering having some powdercoating done this summer on my viper..thinking maybe the a-arms, spindles and planning to get a new bumper whether it be a yammi bumper or cat bumper I'm not sure yet. I love the detail of the front ends on the 15' blue/white vipers and I know some guys on here have already done what I'm thinkin about and I've seen pics in the past but can't locate them anymore so if u guys could post up some pics that'd be great!

The spindles are probably going to be a no go. The ball joints are permanent as far as I can tell so baking them at 400 degrees well create a mess

i didnt powdercoat anything. painted then cleared with enron clear and have 1800 miles on them through cornstalks, brush, grass and whatever else and have no chips or marks on them. the original black powdercoat came off relatively easy during scuffing. powdercoat gets into every nook and cranny but as far as a tuff paint i feel a good clear coat is better. dont forget a turbo

I have the cat windshield already. Have a mid height on order but I may end up not taking that and having my buddy paint my low windshield to match the blue/white 15' viper windshield. Thinkin I may have him do the arms that same color then get the yammi sport bumper and paint that white along with the spindles.

Gotcha good point there. I love the looks of the blue arms on the 15s

the ball joints are not even close to permanent.
