Does anyone know of a place to get something as big as a tunnel powdercoated here in the midwest or possibly even in wisconsin? Or anywhere for that matter?

Tri-powder coating in Bridgview IL did my stuff. Tell them Bill From Key West sent you. You can see my pics on the 08 project to see if you like the work. Good luck, Sheetwright

found a couple local places... wondering what a good price would be for something of that size?

250-$280 imo

I'll try to get a hold of my guy by Monday. My a-arms cost $30, so I wouldn't think it would be outrageous. He does some nice stuff, military parts, rims for show cars, just did a chassis for the SEMA show, etc. I'll let you know.............

Classic Coatings in Sheboygan WI would do it. I have witnessed car frames go through their equipment. Watry Industries in Sheboygan may also be able to accommodate. They are more industrial and I am not sure if they deal with single parts anymore.

Classic Coatings 809 Wilson Av Sheboygan (920) 458-3790

Watry Industries 3312 Lakeshore dr Sheb (920) 457-4886

They are a block from one another near the lake front on the south side of town. Both do fantastic work.

Another place in WI near the IA border is owned by a TY member:

Your best bet is a place where you can avoid shipping costs and save $$. PM me if you want me to check pricing. The info above looks like the way to go.

I know you sent me an email about it.. but you never gave me any measurements on your tunnel..

If we cant get it fit in our oven you can try this link.. THey are in dubuque IA and have a oven much larger than ours.. Im not sure how there prices compare to ours.. but im sure they can do it..

There's actually a place right here in sheboygan that I didn't know about so i might give them a call first so that way I don't have to ship it either way.
