I'm looking to buy a power claw 2.25 for my xtx for off trail.
I'm wondering if I'll be disappointed with it considering I do a quite a bit of trail riding. I'm thinking of buying a track then just switching once there's enough snow.
If anyone has a used good track in Canada let me know.

Interesting topic as I'll have to change out my stock 1.6" track soon as well. Looking for either 2 or 2.25" track

I have the XTX LE with the 2.25, it's a great track on and off trail. I put 5K miles on it, mostly trail.

Did u have to change any of the drivers or clutching? If it's just a straight swap that'd be almost too simple....

Straight swap I think I would only need to drop the front skid bolt to the lower hole.
But I'm wondering if that'll be a problem because I don't have enough slack to do that with my 141 1.6 cobra.

The 2.25 track is awesome off trail, I love it. I would give it a fair rating on trail. It will get you from point A to B but just remember its got no side bit so on hard pack it will slid out on a tight corner. Scratchers are a good idea if your running lots of trail with this track. You can use the factor skid mounting holes if your running the 7 tooth driver but if running the 8 tooth you will need the lower holes in front to have proper clearance. Also the sleds that came factor with the 2.25 track use a smaller 3/4 inch tunnel protectors to clear the track lugs better.

What track options are there for the XTX SE? I was looking for a 2" track but couldn't find one on TracksUSA.

Is there anyone who tried the backcountry X on the XTX?

Not sure how much trail vs off-trail I ride, but I'm sure it's more than 50% trail. But I would still want a 2" track

I choose the 1.75 track this time, I've heard a lot of good things but haven't ridden with one.

My buddy has one on his backcountry renegade, he likes it except for cornering there's not much side bite.I choose the 1.75 track this time, I've heard a lot of good things but haven't ridden with one.

I think the only 2"track you can get is for a 144"which will fit the skid but you'll need different drivers.Any 2" track options out there?
