Need some detailed info for setting up the OLINS EC for a 145 lb. rider.
Got my hands on a 2006 Technical update
TITTLED preload adjustment Using Threaded Ajuster- Olins Shock,
PAGE 3-14 which shows the spring seat distances
Minimum length at 10.43 "
Standard setting at 11.22"
Maximum at 11.30 ", however it does not indicate as to wether this measurement is taken with the sled on the floor or the rear suspended in the air. Which gives you a very different measurement.
Any more complete detailed info on this would be appreciated.

That would be the spring length unloaded (back of the sled suspended, no weight on it). Measure the unloaded spring length then the loaded spring length the diference should be 40-45mm. The loaded weight should be the rider in full gear.
