I was at my freinds last night who is a die hard Polaris fan. I mean this guy bleeds polaris. He was sitting at his computer building Fusions and let me tell you I think he built a decked out 600 h.o. for about if not more than I paid for my RTX. And of course I made the comment "why don't you just buy an Apex?" Dead silence!!! My god bulid a 900 Fusion! And if you really want to see elevated prices go to Doo and build a sled. I think were looking pretty sweet boys. :yam:

What did you end up paying for your RTX? Any idea other then "sometime in Oct." for when your supposed to get you hands on it? :4STroke:

I paid $9100.00 out the door. My dealer has an Attack an ER and a new Vector that my wife loves. He is supposed to get more sleds this week.
Just going by the price sheet the dealer gave me in the Spring, The RTX's are supposed to be here in Oct.

They can give you Aprox dates by there delivery but they may be holding off to keep everyone from asking...

Because of the shocks? Whats going on with the shocks... I'm asuming you taking about the Fox Float. That was my only concern when picking out the sled. Any info? :4STroke:

The yamaha's are underpriced if you compare their state of the art chassis and state of the art 4-stroke to the competitions 2-smokes :ORC

You hit it Mighty, you just get so much more for your dollar. Between the fit and the finish, chassis, and motor to me its a no brainer.

Before the APex came out I was dead set on getting a 600 H.O. SDI renegade. 2005's last feb were going for $5600.00. If you think the 06 apex is under priced at $10,000.00 your in the dark. I dont think anyone's is going to sell a lot of sleds for over 10 G's. Not with the crappy winters we have had here in the midwest.

You will not touch an '06 600 SDI for $5,600 right now. At the end of the riding season when every dealer has 20 of them in crates in the storage shed then you might but Yamaha's price will go down also. $9799 MSRP for MXZX 600 HO SDI w/reverse and 1-1/4" track. I would guess they sell at the dealer for $8799 plus tax/lic. which puts it in the same ballpark as an Apex. (You can be OTD for $9300 for an Attak) If you step up to the 800 or the 1000 it's not even close (not to mention you still have a 121" skid). The Apex sleds are right in line with the rest of the market if not cheaper which proves the point that you get more sled for less money!!
