Pro Sled racing will continue at Valdosta, GA in November 2010. All sled competitors are welcome and encouraged to attend. This will be a single Outlaw style run-what-u-brung class. Billed as The Largest Motorcycle Drag Race of the Decade, Pro Sled has been added to the official class roster among other such as the Nitro burning Top Fuel Bikes, Pro Comp, Pro Street and Top Gas to name a few.

Outlaw Sleds were originally on the AMA Dragbike race schedule for the season's final event in Valdosta, but as most of you know AMA Dragbike ceased operations earlier this summer. a special thanks to Dave Dunigan who worked very hard with AMA management over the past several seasons to establish and grow this asphalt sled class.
A "group" of nine aftermarket performance parts company's has formed to organize the "Manufactures Cup Finals", a race to be held at South Georgia Motor Sports Park in Valdosta Georgia - It's the same date and same classes (referring to AMA Dragbike), no special memberships or license required, there will be more details to follow...
We've been working closely with the manufactures group to ensure Outlaw Sleds continue to have a place at this event, and the group is excited to have us. For those who have been to these types of events you know they are top notch! Outstanding facilities, huge crowds, awesome competition.
This is an excellent opportunity for asphalt sled racing - WE NEED A GOOD TURNOUT to make this opportunity a big success! I cannot emphasize how important it s to have a good showing of sleds!!! These opportunities don't come along very often and a low sled count could kill the class. A strong showing could solidify the class for the 2011 season and beyond. Please be sure to post if you intend to be at this event!

Classes: Top Fuel, Pro Comp, Pro Street, Real Street, Super Sport, Top Gas, Super Comp, Street Fighter, Pro Et and Street ET, Pro Sled
* We're going to follow the lead of the pro street bike class: $250 entry fee
* Total purse is dependent on count of sled entries
* Class sponsors list, bonus purse and payouts for the class to be announced soon.
* Run-What-U-Brung - Turbos, S/C, Nitrous, Big CC Sled Showdown
* SGMP Track Requirements and Safety Rules Apply
* Friday: Test & Tune followed by qualifying
* Saturday: Qualifying
* Sunday: Finals Eliminations
* Everyone buys a wrist band to get in the gate
* NO MEMBERSHIP FEES!
* All licenses honored!
* Admission: Adults: $35.00 for weekend wrist band
* Adult: $20.00 for One Day Wrist Band
* Kids: 12 & under FREE!
