I picked up a 2008 FXNYTRO at haydays and want to change the oil in it.My question is how do remove those Quick Fasteners that hold the bottom panel in place?

Just use a small flat blade screwdriver to pop them out. There's just a few screws and one quick fastener towards the front of the belly pan that needs to be removed for access to the pan drain and oil filter. Just look in the FAQ section for specific directions.
