radar speeds for 03 rx1

Like to say I love this site and all the helpful people on here.
I bought a 2003 rx1 er from the dealer as a demo.I want to do some mods to very soon. A few friends and I had the radar gun out the other day. Here is what went down

2001 thundercat--107mph clutch kit all stock 280lb rider
2003 rx1 101mph(mine) stock new ripsaw track 280lb rideer
2002 polaris 700edgex 98mph stock
2002 polaris 600edgex 88mph

The conditions we not great but not bad, snow covered hard packed trail.
Do these numbers seem good and would like to get a little more top speed Thanks for any input

last year on glare ice, 1/2 mile run my stock 03 ran 118 on radar (131 on speedo) I have seen 137 on spedo with a tail wind.

New rx-1guy,how long where these runs and what was the DM reading?

They were about 1000 foot runs. 113-115 mph on speedo. I have had 125 on speedo. The dealer said the track would cost me 5 mph. I will probably do the filter kit and the clutching. not sure which one to do first. Thanks for any input

rx1 speeds

I go to a lot of radar runs and in a 1000ft stock RX 1 run between 92mph and 96mph depending of the gun.

Yup 101 in 1,000ft is very good,my dealer has a set up rtx 06 apex that ran 101-102 in 1,000 on caribou lake last month in caribou maine and the apex appears quicker and faster than a stock rx1 at least so far,i had the 03 rx1 w/stock button track and it would run 117 gps top speed over 2500 ft. on ice..

I do imagine the 1 1/4 ripsaw will take some of the top speed away. I'm going to buy the filter kit this week for it and see if it makes it any quicker thanks
