Cochrane and back in 3 days can be done, you are going to be doing high km days, it all depends how you would like your trip to play out,
some people like to take there time and absorb what you see during the trip, if you are one of those i wouldn,t do it in 3 days,
Abitibi Canyon is north of Cochrane, you can get there by Cochrane or by Smooth Rrock Falls, it worth it if you have never been there before, i love the Cochrane way a lot better, awesome ride up there,
if i were you i would drive to Sudbury and ride from there since you only have 3 days to ride, theres lots of options for you in Sudbury and the trails are awsome this year,

did abitibi canyon last year,well worth it,long wide trails the whole way,you have to make sure that the guy is at the top end,he sells gas so its a must to fuel up,its the only stop,and the gas is cheap,close to $3 a litre,but worth it
