anyone been around lately? any real poor conditions to be aware of ?

5 of us rode North Bay last Thurs-saturday. Bonfield and Matawa trails were awesome, it also helpled that it snowed about a foot all day Friday. Spoke with 2 guys that were in the middle of the RAP tour and had nothing bad to say at all about the trails, hope this helps.

thanks for the help, thinking of going monday coming.

We rode on some of the south west trails of the RAP tour on Mon and Tues (Feb 27,28) - Dwight, Dorset, Baysville area. They were in fantastic shape. Lots of snow, and were groomed to perfection.
Now the temps have gotten warmer but I ll bet things still stayed cool up there.
Its worth a call to the local Districts, often they are riders and have the insiders scoop
District 7 - 800 328 7245
District 11 - 866 338 6682.

As for the east side of the park I cant help you. I have heard the Bancroft area does not have as much snow as Haliburton.

Good luck though.

I am looking at heading up near the Sundridge area next weekend but the weather isn't looking good, there going to get snow this weekend but by the time next weekend rolls around its looking like warm temps and rain! But there is still time for the forecast to change so here's hoping!!

We did Baysville to Kearney up the D101B and back to Baysville down the D trail it was in excellent condition today.
