RB3 Question

I picked up an RB3 in the fall just cause I figured I try it at some point. I have the Pro software but my question is can you load maps with the RB3 off the sled or does it need 12v and a laptop.

You can load maps both ways on the sled with a laptop , or off the sled with a PC , does not need to be hooked you to 12V .
