Here goes...I helped a friend put a Boondocker kit on an 07 Apex a few months ago. It came with a Pure Logic controller and it worked for a few days then just quit...lights wouldn't work, completely died. He bought a used Fastrax box and put it on. The sled starts good and warms up idles great. Then when you get into the boost it runs really rich and throws a code 14 throws out some black smoke and dies. Then it doesn't really want to start again. He swapped throttle bodies and sensors with another sled checked all the hoses going to the box and nothing is torn or unplugged. We've checked the timing and its good. It runs great until you get into boost then it throws a code 14 and runs like crap. We're running out of things to try and he's about ready to take a bath with his toaster. With everything unplugged and back to stock it runs fine. Do you have any other ideas for things to check or do you think it's the Fastrax box, or maybe his computer got fried when the pure logic box crapped out?

Code 14 is intake air pressure sensor, open or short circuit. If you want another pure logic box I have one. Pay the shipping and it's yours.

So when you have it pluged into stock harness it runs fine and no codes? I would replace the air pressure sensor before I chased other things.

We tried that and it did nothing. Swapped about every part we could off the other sled so far. I think it was a leaking bov. It seems better now, no codes, but still is really rich coming off of boost. Gonna have to play with the controller some more tomorrow.
