Really good customer service at TD

Just an anecdote since usually you only hear about bad customer service. I called TD yesterday with a question on the Dalton weights for my EcoTrail package, and was asked to call back after lunch, so I did, spoke with Jason when he got back. Late yesterday Jason called me and said he was just going through Caller ID and making sure everyone got their questions answered since it was nuts in the shop and some customers didn't get through. I'm very impressed with that.

Taking the SW out for it's maiden voyage today with the full EcoTrail package, I'm guessing I'll be impressed with that too.

Yes... Friday was a special day. We had sleds in the shop waiting for work to be done and everyone wanted to leave because the trails are open. Thanks for your patience!

For TD, no one thus far. Lots of dealers will be up and running soon though. Hoping by new years we'll have US dealers flashing.
In the meantime we do same day turn around. Express it's 2 days to us 2 days back.
