Hey guys,
My 07 Apex Attak currently has a "big boy" spring in it. I want to swap it back to the factory spring. What is the easiest way to get this done? Any tips?
Thank you!

Pull suspension out, take shock off, swap springs.

I just removed my 06’s skid and even for my first time doing this, it was super easy. I did have to heat the bolts with a propane torch since red loctite was used. Sled will have to be raised, make sure it’s stable so no accidents or tragedies happen. How many miles on the shock(s). It might be a good time to rebuild and make sure valving is right for your weight and riding style.

Thanks for the tip! Sounds like a pretty straight forward job.

Taking out is relatively easy.
Going back in, royal PITA IMO.

Putting it back in is not bad. You need to remove one end of transfer rod. Will line right up!!

Remove on of the transfer rod bolts. Then remove the shock. No need to pull the skid.
