I am transforming my 121 to a 136 and will be extending my tunnel by about 2-4 inches. I would like to know what some of you out there ihn yamaland are using for your 136 rides ??? Extending the old bumper, mountain bumper, or aftermarket bumper ??? Thanks.

just used the stocker & welded some supports to it.

I used the stock bumper and bent up those flap supporter arms on each side and added a 2"-3" section. And notice that I moved the whole bumper back so I'm only using the rear most holes on the tunnel. I even fabbed up a removalable mountain rack to carry a gallon of gas and my shovel.

Here's some photos. Buy (pun!) the way.....it's for sale.

That's looks cool but personally I would like something to pull it out when its stuck.

I do alot of traveling and when I travel I pull big loads so this set-up would not work for me as I would need my hitch set-up to stay.I'll prob. extened the bumper by about 4" and add some aluminum to the tunnel to match the bumper !!!

yeah, it's close to 6-8" because the way i mounted the flap.
i'd say you can just move the bumper to the back holes & "bend" the flap up a little or get a piece of aluminum to move the flap back. but if your pulling gear, that may be close to rubbing the track over bumps.
