REAR SEAT REMOVAL

I'm looking to remove my passenger seat for a couple of weeks. I went out for a gander to see what I was up against. Doesn't look too simple.
Has anyone here done it? If so, pointers welcome.

Two bolts in the inside of the tunnel, done in three minutes.

5 minutes in the freezing cold.

I initially went at it from the sides. Back panel only needs to come off. 3/8 socket will do it.
12mm once inside the tunnel to get the seat off.

Too bad though, it really should be a snap and go.
