Does anyone have a link to a video or instructions for 1.) setting belt deflection, and 2.) belt removal, for the Pro 4 Performance secondary clutch?
I think my XS 825 belt is too low, and looking for the easiest way to remove the belt.
Thanks!

Seriously? The two most basic things ever.
Set the brake, Push on the outer cover with your hand while turning slightly backwards and remove the belt like you would on any Yamaha or old Cat secondary.
Deflection, set till it turns the track a slight bit on the stand.

Thanks! Yes, I know the basics you shared, but was wondering if there were any other ways (a tool perhaps) to also remove the belt, and if there was an optimal dimension the top of the belt should be above or below the outside of the clutch while still not having the sled move forward while idling.

No such thing as a optimal above or below secondary. Belt width, length, clutch centers all gonna change that.
