I lost my Yami user manual and was wondering what Yami recommended for the amount of track sag with 20 lbs weight on it to properly adjust the track tension.

Does anyone have this availalble? thanks,
Joel

They always runnum to tight from the factory. Run it as loose as poss, that way the plastic won't melt so quick. I run mine till it skips , then tighten one turn more.

1.3 to 1.4 inches at 22lbs but like Honk said it is way to tight. My sled will come to at stop going down hill at that tension. After I set it up, I back it off 1-2 turns.

i have always used the "2 finger rule" as a starting point. tighten the track until you can just barely get 2 fingers between the track and the slide rails when using those same 2 fingers to separate the track and slides. then ride the sled briefly, and tighten if necessary.

Currently I have it set at 1 1/2 inch gap w 20 lbs weight... Was considering goin to 2 inch gap...

"2 finger rule"... I could make a joke about that... dated girls that had to fit the 2 finger rule... no fat chicks.. haaa haaa

Don't run it too loose, you will knock lugs off the track from the protectors.

I just don't know how you get away with running your track loose on the 136". The 121 and 136 act
very differently.
I have the 136 and have run it on the loose side and it gouged the rail protectors and front of the slides that I had to replace for that reason.
Now I run it according to factory spec and it was ok until I run in soft snow at high speed and it is still gouging the tips a bit, so I will have to run the track a bit tighter yet.
The track on the 136 seems to get loose under load and weight and yet the 121 doesn't seem to have that problem.
Is anyone else finding this ?

Yes. I just bought a anti stab set. Have not had a chance to try yet.
