Hi guys, years ago reading about all the sub frame issues, I went ahead and proactively reinforced my subframe (grizz gusset). Recently my shocks have been getting closer and closer to the rear upper a arms - both sides are identical.
The bolts are tight and there is no slop in the a arms. My bushings have been changed.
I only have about 1/4” between the shock spring and the a arm.
I will have to do something soon before it becomes unrideable. Is it possibly something is bending?
Any suggestions?

If all the bolts are tight and nothing is bent or broke or loose, ride it.
How many miles on it?

Bolts seem to be tight. Have around 7500 miles on it.
Problem is there is only 1/4” gap left until the shocks hit the a arms. This distance is slowly decreasing!

You may be egging out the holes for the a-arm bolts. Did you weld the nuts to the frame? if the nuts are not welded to the frame the holes continue to egg out over time. Try loosening upper and lower a-arm mounting bolts to see if the arms will move back.
