I was hoping someone could tell how to remove the seat off my 07 attak so I don't waste time on stuff that doesn't need to come off.

Exhaust caps, rear plastic including taillight. Then you'll see 2 j-hooks that hook to brackets on the muffler heat shield. Loosen those nuts all the way off . Lift the rear of the seat up and then pull towards the back of the sled. On my 06Attak, only2 of the exhaust cap bolts actually attach the caps. Don't ask me which 2 though, because I don't remember Lol,,

I took the j bolts off now I guess just pull back and up?
There are no bolts to remove on the front?

No the seat has a tab the slide under the tank. but dont forget to unplug the taillight , right hand by the lower plastic cover

Sometimes connectors need to be pressed tighter together in order to fully release the retaining clip. Also you can try using a small screw driver or a pic to push the release clip farther than you are able to with a finger,

And use dielectric grease when putting them back together, after you have cleaned them if they are corroded.
