It is just a trailer jack. Right now its shown in the fully extended position. Measure the outer housing length from top to bottom, then go to harbor freight. tractor supply, or anywhere that has a selection of trailer jacks and measure up theirs until you find one that has the same housing length. Take it home and start grinding off the swivel mount. You'll have to weld on a little tube on the outer housing like they did for the pivot bolt, the lower bolt hole should already be in the inner tube from the foot or the wheel, if not you'll have to drill one in it. Once you have a hole mount it on the lift and locate where to put the pivot tube and weld that on. About a 30 minutes job sans the time to acquire the new jack.
