Return Fuel Tank Fitting

I am installing an external fuel pump and regulator on my Nytro and wondering where and what is the best way to get the return fitting on the tank. I planned to install it at the top right hand side of the tank. Can the tank be drilled and tapped then JB Weld the fitting in so it doesn't leak?

pete i had bought a fitting from hurricane performance last year when i added the external pump on mine, i also got the msd pump from hurricane and the block off plate for the gas tank. he can sell you everything, all it was was a hole drilled at the upper left hand side and a barbed plastic fitting that you push into a rubber gromet. If i remember right I drilled it where the tank has an angled down slope, you can only go so high with it to have room to put your return line, so it was not quite at the top of the tank.
