On my Powderlites kit there is a return oil pump to pull oil back from the turbo. Sometimes it makes a clicking sound when the sled is running or the key is on. Other times you dont hear it at all. Is this normal?

I here it all the time, same on my friend's sled
its normal.
It will be louder when you turn the key on before you start the motor as it is sort of how you say "dry pumping" the line.
