I was in the Calabogie area today.
What a hoot to hit the trails at the beginning of December! Were the trails officially open up in Bancroft?

The 800r makes my Apex feel like a 600 . Pulls me hard from low to top. Should of bought her a 600 . These 800r are really fast I am little dissapointed looking for mods now any suggestions ?

I'd probably put some cash aside for when the ski-doo starts falling apart..

Funny But True!!! I'm still waiting delivery of my Apex, coming off ski-doo's for the past 10 years. Of the 4 I owned every one blew up and just fell apart......

No both have 1 inch tracks not studded . I know that with her on the 800r Between the sled and her there is a 200 pound weight disadvantage . But when I did a few runs with my buddy on his renegade he still could out accelerate me . not sure on the big end as we only accelerated to about 75mph then had to shut down .

You also raced a 136" track against a 121" track... He has more traction than you. Throw 1.175", 144 studs in both and try it again, both being a 121" version. I bet you are spinning more out of the hole than anyone else. Hook up an Apex and it will not be the dramatic "blown" that you stated earlier.
