I'd rather not spend the $209.368 USD to go to a CR Racing post.
And even then, I'm not sure if the stock bars will work with it, the issue being the yamaha bars have a narrow mounting point, thus require a narrow riser and narrow'd up T-post.
I currently have a PowerMadd universal pivot adapter, and a shortened stock riser block. Its worked great, accept for the pivot adapter has been tweaked...assumingly from a roll, or being on its side, etc.
So its not the strongest setup.
Then I thought, maybe its good to have that 'replacable' adapter be a weak link, and not the post, or risers, or bars, etc.
ANYWAY, i've looked at Muffin Works, and I like his stuff, but I don't know if it'll fit as clean as it does on the Apex and Phazer...as well as possible clearance issues with the intake for the turbo. I think the MW adapter is a bit too long in this scenario..
So, the next thing may be to ask: Is there a stonger PowerMadd style adapter being made by another individual or company?
Or, possibly, a cheaper T post option available?

Some of the guys on this site with MTXs are using the stock nytro RTX steering post. It has a T shape at the top. It also is about 2" taller . You can find a used steering post around $75, new $150

that does look good, would you happen to have a gas tank side or even side shot available? i couldnt really see it well enough w/ their pics. also, do you have a rider forward mod on your sled?
i see they have a piece basically identical to the Powermadd adapter, but being as Superman's is .5 in shorter may make it that much stronger. i wish i could see some better shots of that adapter..

What exactly do you want to see. I have another one sitting on my bench.

BigECB said:Sort of a side shot here for ya... with the OFT Relocator installed as well... Oh ya, LakeEffect 6" Riser + Pivot Adapter... I'm around 6'5" tall... Love the fit!
thats what i was after. looks like it should fit my setup (turbo intake) then.
i have a 3" pivot adapter + a cut down stock (7"?) riser block..i think i'm prob at ~8.5" of rise, mb even a tad more. feels great for me at 6'2".. the throttle cable gets a wee bit tight, but works fine.
i like all the color options on his risers, and the accessory bar i think adds a lot of 'twist' strength to the risers.
i think i'd have to go with the 2.5" pivot + 6" riser as well. although a 5.5" riser would be just right i think.
thanks for the suggestions and info guys!
i guess the next issue will be figuring out a new way to mount my guage/bracket..always seems to be an issue on this style riser. maybe i could work off that 'accessory' bar some how...hmmm

I've had quite a few bar setups on my nytro over the last couple years. Current one is an RTX post, OFT kit, and Fly Aerotaper bars. This is the most natural feeling setup I've had yet. Close second would be the stock post, powermadd adapter, and a post relocate. The RTX post moves the pivot point a little more forward than an MTX post and adapter, which I like.

Don't know it this is what your looking for but I'm going to have some of these available in a couple of weeks. 3/8-16 taped holes in the side of the top cap.
