ever try driving your car/truck without music? makes the whole ride feel that much longer. I only listen to music on the long rides.

I love to hear feel the motor it is different in loose snow, packed up hill etc. you hear and feel the traction, pull etc. to me that is part of my ride enjoyment.
Not trying to put down those who like listening to music, my son does, just different strokes......just explaining why some of us do not like to.
I have bought other Electronic sled products from Rock and they WORK and he helps I needed
Yep I'm in agreement! The sound of the motor is music! The sound of the ride is the enjoyment. I find it distracting to ride my Bike or my sled with music. Don't know why really, I had a walkman for my Bike (ya that’s a while back) even tried it on my sled and just didn't like it. I had an fm radio setup that played through my communicators but I didn't like that either. I just like the peace and solitude of the wind and the music of the motor, maybe that is why I love the Apex so much. The sound of that 4 banger is intoxicating, yet relaxing and soothing!
In the truck I listen to the radio, but the silence of the truck is to sterile and what I listen to mostly is not music. Now my old car I love to listen to the duals, I can drive for hours with only the sound of the 383 rumbling along. I do have 1,900 watts of stereo in it however but that is more to impress the kids and because I could.
My old 1972 340 Duster had a broken radio in it when I got it. I never fixed it or missed it. With the 4.11 limited slip, four speed, headers, double pump on a highrise manifold and no sound deadening of any kind ever put in the car who needed music. Just hang on tight and feel the power! My house however had a stereo to rattle the windows and did on many a weekend party.
Why I can listen to a radio or stereo in a car but not on a toy can only be theorized by what is going on for me at the time. Boring drive in a box need background noise, Sleds, Bikes not boring don't need music, to happy feeling alive! I just find music to be annoying on them! Detracts away from why I ride and does nothing for my mood or soul! As an Edit I have to say if ridding without music makes the ride longer then I'm all for it. I'm in no hurry to make the ride stop!
But by all means if music stirs you and makes your ride better go for it.
