We now have ROV kits for Vipers! All Viper/XF7000 kits are premium version kits that include an elecronic roll-over valve control module or ROVCM.
Also a new feature to the Viper/XF7000 ROV kit that I think you guys are really going to like, is the oil pump re-prime mode function!

Features
The ROVCM adds features such as auto-shut down protection, oil pump re-prime mode and a much stronger/faster closing shut-off valve! For a detailed description of about the ROVCM please see our high performance ROVCM page at http://fourstrokesolutionsllc.webs.com/highperformancerovcm.htm

New ROVCM programming:
With the shut off valve mounted horizontally above the air/oil separator tank, we have developed new ROVCM programming to fully take advantage of this new mounting location. The ROVCMs are now programmed to initially close the shut off valve at 16.4 to 16.6 volts. This increases the valve closing strength by approximately 170% when compared to straight battery voltage and allows the shut off valve to be the strongest and fastest closing roll over valve built to date!

Engine oil pump re-priming mode:
Sometimes when things get a little crazy and you find your sled upside down, its possible that the oil pump could loose prime.

Using the Quick-prime switch.
To use the Quick-prime switch simply press and hold the Quick-prime switch down while starting the engine. Once the oil pressure light goes out on the gauge, release the Quick-prime switch. It's that simple, quick and easy to use !! Normally the oil pump will re-prime in about 2 seconds!
You can also press the Quick-prime switch after the engine has started and notice that the oil pressure light is on. In this case it's best to push and hold the Quick-prime switch right away, so that the pump has time to re-prime before the low oil pressure switch shuts the engine down.

This is the way to go if you are even thinking about a tether. Two birds with one stone. Well done!

Thanks Steve, I have yours packaged and ready to go out Monday morning ;)!

Another feature that I think you guys might like, is the quick release connector shown at the lower left in the pic below. This is a carry over feature from the M1100T ROV kits that I build and provides a single dis-connect point in the ROV harness for when you need to remove the hood!

I just added some more Viper ROV pics to the website. Shown are pics of Throttlecable's hill climb race sled with a MPI turbo kit!
Special thanks to Cable for the pics! http://fourstrokesolutionsllc.webs.com/ ... d=15402181

Also I've just added a new feature to the Viper/XF7000, a Quick-prime switch. The Quick-prime function allows the oil pump to be re-primed after the engine has started, with a simple push of a button!

installed one on my XTX before I ever even rode it.
14 hours later zero problems.
Well thought out and complete kit.

I had this question come up from one of my customers about the battery voltage monitoring/auto shut down feature, so I thought that it would be good to pass it along.

On Viper/XF/M7000 snowmobiles, if the rider uses the handle bar kill switch the shut the engine down but forgets to shut the key off, there will still be a 123 mili-amp drain on the battery. Because the ignition key is in the "on" position, one of the snowmobile's relays is still being energized but is not passing current. This is a normal condition and it's always best to turn off the engine using the key.

Note: because the gauge display is powered down the rider may not notice that he/she has left the ignition key in the "on" position.

A unique feature of the ROVCM battery voltage monitoring/auto shut down mode, is that it will also power down the snowmobile relay!
If the tether cord is pulled with the key left in the "on" position and the handle bar kill switch is pressed, the battery voltage monitoring/auto shut down feature will shut down both the Roll Over Valve system and the snowmobile relay to drop the battery draw to zero amps! ;)!

Already have one... got it before the first snow fall last year. Awesome product and works as advertised. A+ for customer support. No issues, I just had the model before he released the one with the prime button. He notified me of the change and shipped the new one with the request to send the old harness back. I had the new setup in hand before I had the old off.

Highly recommended...
