Thanks DGZRT for the welcome!
The 600ace was a fun sled to ride, but with the years adding up, I thought it over and decided on a sled that would fit me better. Even though Skidoo will be coming out with a 900ace soon, with all the things I like about the Vector, Mainy rider postion, why wait and get something I would not be totally happy with.

Ronder, You are going to love it ! They have fixed everything that people complained about and it will be the best trail sled out there. I look forward to your ride reports . The wife has given me the ok for a new one but my Vector is so good I'm going to keep it one more year, and wait to see what 2013 has in-store.

To grease the drive and jackshaft bearing just remove the secondary ( 1 12mm bolt) watch for the shims in front and behind. Remove the 4 12mm nuts on the lower bearing take the speedometer sensor to the side. Pry seal out with dental pick. On the upper bearing all you need to do is pry the seal out. I just finished both as I speak. The lower bearing had water (white and milky) come out. Upper was fine. This was on my wifes new VectorLTX she has 2000k on it since Jan 1st.

I want a new 2012 Vector long track and I have an 06 Rage. I was wondering if the oil change was the same or the pita that the 06 Apex was. I got my answer and now I think I gotta go drop $500 on the early deal promo.
12,000 miles on the Rage and still fine but I want the rider forward experience of the new ones.
