Is there enough cable (throttle, break, etc) to intall a Rox 3.5" adj riser on the stock MTX riser?

I have the 2" rise on my XTX and its all good. I just read on the fx nytro genaral talk. And some one said for the 3.5" they had to route the throttle cable from behind and then they had enuff cable.

You can add a lot of cable reach by removing the right side panel and cutting a channel out of the black plastic panel (the cables run under the panel on their way up to the post).
I installed a 2" block and used the 3/3" Rox to move the bars further up and quite a bit forward.
Re-routing is probably not too hard but cutting the plastic took less than a minute (dremel with plastic cutting wheel).
