Has anyone tried the ROX pivoting risers? I understand with an 07 RTX and a 5" Rox pivoting riser it will net 1" taller bars and adustable forward and backward. Are they worth the price?? I think a little forward with the bars from stock would really make it perfect for me.

Yea but changeing that angle to much makes the sled handle like CRAP!! Did it on my Rx1 to far forward on the bars i could not even drive it!!!

I dont know about that.
I put on some powermadd risers and pivot riser last year.
I found the stock bar location and angle sucked.
It was too far back, too low for a 6'3" rider.
I actually hurt my back 1st time out.
Great for trails that are super smooth and no bumps.
But out in the real world there are bumps and you need to get your but up off the seat .

Put the risers on and enjoy it.

PS I have my Pivot riser and 6" block for sale.
I bought the Rox as I like the looks better.

If you move the bars to far forward it sucks!! That is why so many guys do all the work to move the hole steering stem forward. A little bit is ok but not much! I allways wounder why they went thought so much work to move the hole stem! I found out after i put mine on and moved the bars about 4" forward!! WOW It will about toss you off if you dont watch!! HAHA

Skydog P.S. Ask the mountain guys about this.

The RX1 steering angle is different than the Apexes isn't it? I installed the powermadd pivot adapter and 4" block but may have to go 6. I moved my bars to vertical. Probably about 2" or so.

Skydog. How would the bars being moved forward change the handling of the sled? Curious to know since i have moved mine and nothad a chance to ride it yet.

If you go to far forward there is a big angle added to the steering. A little bit is not bad but move them up alot and go for a ride, stand up and hit some big whoops. It is nut i all most was tossed from the sled! It is easy for the sled to get in it like a big left and right fish tail.

Well I put on over 1000 miles last year with mine being forward and up 8 " and never had any fishtailing.
Or any other steering problems.
In fact it was much improved than the way they came from factory.
