I have an 05 RX1 and an 06 Attak, both with about 5300 miles. My wife has been riding the RX1 but I got on it to check it out this weekend and noticed it has a hard time revving past 10,000-10,200. The Attak still gets close to 11,000. Both are stock except for the CR10EK's and the RX1 has lighter carb springs. What are the proper steps to cure this? I thought belt first, then primary and secondary springs next. No chance to try anything yet but would like some input. Belt has 2,200-2,500. Thanks for any ideas!
