First thing to break on my Rs Venture . Went to adjust my over loadsand the pin was gone .Welded a washer on a spike and tie strapped it in and away we went . I hope they come up with some thing better for that adjuster .I may just pull those pins and keep them in my tool box .
you also have to thaw them out before you can adjust them .Ok for me I have a heated garage .

This sounds very familiar.. One of mine broke off the other day as well.
500 kilometres on the sled:
- diesel rattle
- hyfax almost gone
- the adjustment pin gone.
I must say I expected the latter to disappear sooner or later, I immediately noticed the somewhat flimsy and not-so-smart construction of the lever.. :?

Yes I looked at that at the snow show last spring and wondered how long it would last .You sure don't want two on there with out that cam flipped up . I lost my temporary pin as well . the ty strap broke . They don't stay up with out the pin either .
