Hi.
What it fastest/quickest of a 2009 Rs Venture or a older Venture 600/700
thinking acceleration?
What do you guy's recommend, Rs Venture GT or TF?
I'm going to ride both on and off trails.
Thanks

The RS is much faster on the start, a little faster mid range and top end

I have a 2001 700 Venture, with 20000km's on it, and a 2007 RS Venture with 8500km's on it. The 700 is faster, warmer, and more reliable. The RS Venture has already had an engine job, clutch work, and exhaust work, and now it won't idle. Back to the dealer again!!!!!!!!

Funny, I posted a comparison here but it's gone. Oh well! Here goes again, the RS is superior in every way.

Carbs plugged. Never had a carb problem with a 2-stroke. My next sled will be a 2-stroke again. Too bad Yamaha doesn't make any. E-Tech, here we come, hopefully E-Tech 800 next year.
