rtx shock

i ut my new spring on and had the rear shock revalved. installed the shock but i cant get the tunnel adjuster to work it goes 3 clicks then stops. any ideas?

I had the same thing on mine the cable wasn't in far enough be careful you don't twist the end off. the other thing it could be is out of time make sure you don't turn any thing when it's apart or you'll have to use a small screwdriver to turn adjuster on shock end to get it back in time.
