I had my 06 RTX studded with 96 studs in the middle and recently had my dealer add 24 more studs. Unfortunately, the dealer installed 6-8 studs that are directly in the center. Is this going to cause problems with the mono shock?

As long as they are tightened to spec so the head sits flush with the inside of the track you won't have a problem.
I put over 9000 km (6000 miles) on my 05 RX-1 (same suspension) with studs right down the center without any trouble.
