Why are the RTX apex & attack cheaper than the GT and ER I have been looking at 07 lots of rtx for sale they are going very reasonable now?

They are less desirable to most Apex riders. The rear skid in that sled is a very harsh riding skid compared to the Monoshock. If you can deal with a rough rode you can pick one up used for cheap!

Gt were a higher cost initially when new due to the shocks. Attak's here go for a premium as everyone thinks a 136 is mandatory to go off trail (the one I rode didn't do much better than mine I thought). RTX is a hard sell as it is not really the mogul masher they marketed it as. With a re-valve they are OK but if you ride them hard long enough they will break parts in the skid.
