RX-1 Conversion

I am looking to convert my 151 mnt rx-1 to a 162. I am told that the drive shaft for the APEX is the same. Is that the case? Did all the mtn apex's have 3.0 extroverts? Has anyone swapped out for a different skid say a viper 162 or aftermarket ones with great success

I’m in the process of putting a 153 Arctic m8000 skid inside of my 2003 mountain rx1 and the apex drive shaft is the same I do t k ow about the drivers being 3.0 extroverts luckily I found a guy who was parting out Yamaha mountain sleds near me and it had a 3.0 extroverts and I’ll keep you up to date
